Moving Forward
So things are afoot! I gave my 60-day notice to my current employer last week, they have sent word out to my patients, we're renovating this website and getting legal and financial details in order, etc.
I'm alternatively terrified and thrilled! So much to do in such a little amount of time. Right now our goal is to have the website and scheduling features functional an integrated into an EHR by the end of the month. Hopefully we can start seeing patients (for Dr. Eric) and clients (for Heidi) on November 8th. We're also working through the feasibility of being able to bill insurances, starting with Medicare.
Right now this blog is the best place to see updated information as the rest of the site may still have outdated information and/or design, so keep checking back here. I'll try to post weekly.
Congratulations, Dr. Boehmer. I was greatly discouraged when I received the email you are leaving Essentia, but hope I may now continue with your care through your private practice. Please include me on your mailing list so I am aware of what I need to do. With all the hard work and success we have made over the last couple of years, I do not want to lose any ground.
